Would be happy to recommend this place and would like to stay there on the next trip. Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it is perfect and fairly clean, has quiet location in the centre of Den Helder. The staff was very amiable, providing a very good service. The room was a nice size and bright and we had a comfortable bed in it. Location: the property was very close to a seafood restaurant, port and the train station and the busstop.

I must say, I got excellent value for my money at Wienerhof. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious. The hotel's location right opposite the train station was so convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they spoke English very well.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider tea selection.

Condition of room was really quite poor and not what we were expecting after reading the positive reviews on this site. Room was extremely hot - which made it really uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. (It was a pleasantly cool Summer evening outside.) Quite poor overall for a 3 star hotel.

Staff were helpful at all times and unobtrusive.

the prices were incredibly reasonable, making it great value for money. Secondly, the location right across from the railway station was very convenient, especially for someone like me who was traveling by train. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the basic amenities provided in the rooms were of good quality. The attention to detail, such as having a jacuzzi in some rooms and rooms with balconies, was a nice touch.

All in all, my stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations.

Upon arrival the staff spoke very good english and offered me a hot drink. My room was tidy, clean and comfy. The location is about 100m from the train station and the main shops and some of the docks are a close walk so it a nice place to stay. Food was also nice and reasonably priced.

the unlimited breakfast had plenty of meals and the food i tasted was great. opposite a bus station, the location was ideal and magnificent, right across from the railway station.

One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It is conveniently situated right across from the railway station, making it incredibly easy to travel to and from the hotel. Additionally, the hotel offers rooms with Jacuzzi and balconies, allowing guests to enjoy a view of the surrounding area. The rooms are also well-equipped with all the basic amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. Another highlight is the breakfast, which is included in the price of the room and provides a great start to the day.

Very comfortable and quiet. Great location which was the primary reason why I picked it initially, but I would stay at it again. It is a quaint spot perfectly located.

Instead of three single beds one double and one single would have been better for our stay. I would have also like the shower to have had a shower curtain to help keep the bathroom area drier.

Both rooms we booked were amazing and really spacious, with a nice bathroom that was squeaky clean - not a single complaint about that! Plus, they both had a bathtub 🛁. the location was super convenient, right by the train station, so getting around was a breeze.

We recently enjoyed a romantic escape to a hotel on the Dutch coast. The location of the hotel was perfect, just steps away from the beach and a charming seaside town. The room was also clean and spacious, with beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the restaurant's fresh seafood dishes, which were both delicious and reasonably priced.

While we loved the location and the amenities, the hotel decor was a bit outdated and in need of a refresh. we found the noise from the nearby road and bustling town to be a bit disruptive and difficult to ignore at night.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better, right across from the railway station, making it extremely convenient for travel. The staff were friendly and offered great service, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the rooms, with little touches that made them feel cozy and comfortable. I particularly loved the rooms with a view, as they provided a wonderful backdrop for my stay. Additionally, the breakfast included in the stay was delicious and provided a wide variety of options to choose from.
